Matt Rossiter is the Founder of RSG | Rossiter Strategy Group, an advisory-focused consultancy that partners exclusively with established, growth-oriented wealth management firms.
RSG was built on a simple premise: successful advisor businesses do not need more noise, they need a strategic operating partner who understands how firms actually scale. Rossiter brings that credibility firsthand.
Before founding RSG, he spent 15 years as a producing financial advisor at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., advising clients on retirement, investment, and estate planning strategies. He understands the pressures of production, client retention, and revenue growth because he lived them.
He later moved into national business development and recruiting leadership roles, including senior positions at NewEdge Advisors and Spire Investment Partners, where he built multi-billion-dollar advisor pipelines and guided high-performing teams through independence decisions, platform evaluations, and enterprise transitions. Along the way, he helped advisors launch independent firms, build DBAs, and structure scalable operating models.
